Summary
In this project, I created 2 lasergame guns for a school project using FreeRTOS and IR communication. For the school project, we had a few real requirements, but I will not be going in to depth here about that. Later for fun, I repurposed the lasergame guns and mechanics to create 2 Star Wars pistols. The project includes 3D printable guns, a working trigger system, multitasking software (in C++) to efficiently run all the hardware, and an ESP32 as a microcontroller.
